The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is a global professional organization with
60,000+ members, supporting chemical engineers through education, innovation, and community.
It’s the AIChE student chapter at the Institute of Chemical Technology Mumbai–IndianOil Odisha Campus, Bhubaneswar. Founded in 2020, it aims to blend classroom learning with real-world technical impact.
SRC is AIChE’s annual student gathering across global regions. It features competitions, workshops, networking, and is a gateway to the AIChE Annual Student Conference (ASC) in the USA.
The theme is “Engineering Earth’s Future: Pathways to Net Zero”, focusing on sustainable engineering, climate solutions, and global responsibility.
AIChE India SRC 2025, Naimishya, will be held from 21st to 24th August 2025.

You can register through the official registration portal on our website once registrations open. Follow the steps below to complete your registration:
Step-by-Step Registration Process:

Visit the Website:
Click on "Register Now" on the homepage or navigate to the Registration page. -
Log In / Sign Up:
You will be redirected to the login portal. New users can sign up using Google, Facebook, or create a new account using email. Returning users can log in using existing credentials. -
My Account Page:
Once verified, you’ll be redirected to your My Account dashboard. Fill in your personal and academic details. Click "Proceed to Conference Registration" at the bottom of the page. -
You will be redirected to the Official Registration page where clicking on Register Now you will have to upload your details make payment with the details provided and upload your Payment Proof and click on Submit after verifying your details.

Post-Registration:
Your SRC ID will be sent to you via email shortly after registration.
Once you are registered for the conference and have received your SRC ID, you can participate in specific competitions by:

Visiting the Events page

Clicking on Participate and filling out the Participation Form using your SRC ID
Note: For team/group competitions:

Every team member must register individually for the conference and obtain their SRC ID first.

Only the team leader needs to fill out the participation form on behalf of the team

Other team members do not need to submit the form separately

Any student of chemical engineering or related fields is welcome. AIChE student members have full
participation access. Non-members may attend selected sessions.
Yes, for most competitions and presentations, membership is required. You can become a member via the
AIChE official website.
Yes! Individual students without a formal chapter can still register, attend, and participate in most events. But provided that you are an AIChE Member. To become an AIChE member visit AIChE Global
Yes, all registered attendees will receive a certificate. Event winners and presenters will receive additional recognition.

Yes, students can submit abstracts for Paper and Poster Presentations. Submission guidelines will be available soon.
Yes. Accommodation and transportations are arranged, further details will be uploaded on the Venues page soon. Stay Tuned.
Yes. Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea and Dinner will be arranged as part of the conference experience.
Smart casuals are fine for general attendance. Formal attire is preferred during presentations,inaugurations, and competitions.
We’re trying to arrange partial support via sponsorships, but reimbursements are not guaranteed.Updates will be posted soon.
